Tokyo Art House G-angle to Create Key Visuals for 1990s-Inspired Otome Dating Sim Snowkissed Romance, Launching Spring 2026

San Francisco, CA — (Tuesday, February 10th, 2026) — Lovely Inc. is proud to announce an official art collaboration with G-angle, a Tokyo-based creative studio with over 20 years of experience producing illustration, animation, and voiceover for internationally recognized entertainment properties.

With credits spanning major franchises including Final Fantasy, Tekken, Dynasty Warriors, Demon Slayer, and IDOLiSH7, G-angle brings world-class Japanese artistry to Snowkissed Romance, Lovely Inc.’s upcoming otome dating sim launching Spring 2026 on Steam.

What drew the Lovely Inc. team to G-angle was not only their technical excellence but their genuine passion for supporting independent creators. G-angle is creating Snowkissed Romance’s official key visuals and cinematic story illustrations in a style inspired by the golden era of 1990s shoujo, influenced by beloved classics such as Sailor Moon (Naoko Takeuchi), Marmalade Boy (Wataru Yoshizumi), and Cardcaptor Sakura (CLAMP).

A Revival of Gameplay-Driven Otome Romance
Snowkissed Romance revives what early otome games did best: immersive, addictive gameplay. Inspired by classics like Angelique (1994) and Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side (2002), Snowkissed blends time-management, stat-building, and mini-games into a romance experience that feels alive again.

Lovely, Inc. is bringing classic Japanese otome gameplay to the Western market, which has long been dominated by visual novels. After a successful demo preview, Snowkissed Romance was fully funded on Kickstarter in summer 2025, raising over $62,000 from more than 900 backers. Following their self-funded 2021 hit My Love for You is Evermore, this project marks Lovely, Inc.’s first large-scale, fan-supported release, and a clear sign of growing demand for richer otome gameplay mechanics in the West.

The Story
Snowkissed Romance unfolds during your final school break before college in December 1994, set at your aunt’s ski resort in the mythical Northern Japanese town of Yukihari. What begins as a peaceful holiday with your best friend quickly shifts when your older brother crashes alongside his three college roommates that you recognize from the past.

With three main love interests and two additional character routes to discover, Snowkissed Romance invites you to navigate resurfacing memories and new relationship dynamics over the course of three in-game weeks. As your choices and stats shape the unfolding story, you’ll decide whether to reconnect with a childhood crush, explore a multi-love (harem) dynamic, deepen friendships, or discover secrets of the unknown.
